2024 Fall Student Art Exhibit| Event
All students are invited to submit artwork for the Fall Student Exhibition. There will be an opening reception on Thursday, November 21, from 5:00-7:00 pm in B.K. Smith Gallery in Royce Hall for the Fine and Performing Arts. The exhibition will run through December 6, 2024, the last day of classes. Students are expected to take their work from the gallery before they leave for break. If left over Christmas break, it will be available for pick up the first 2 weeks of the Spring semester either in the gallery or room 203. This is a juried show, so not all artwork submitted will be installed. If your work is not installed, it will be available to pick up in Room 203 (the drop-off location). All media will be accepted. The drop-off location is Room 203 in Royce Hall at the end of the hall past the restrooms. You may submit work produced in class, but it's not required. Any work submitted must have been produced after April 2024.
For the Fall Show, there will be 4 juried prizes sponsored by the art department, including 3 juror awards.
1st Place Prize: $100
2nd Place Prize: $50
3rd Place Prize: $25
Viewer Choice Award: $25
