History Minor| Minor

The History Minor at Lake Erie College is a great way for students to supplement their undergraduate major. With a history minor, students gain a deeper understanding of the world around them and become prepared for rewarding careers in the public service and nonprofit fields.

Requirements for the History Minor

Students are required to take 15 semester credit hours in the history field. History classes at Lake Erie College are designated with HI before the course level.

Of those 15 semester credit hours, 3 semester credits must be 200-level. An additional minimum of 3 semester credits must be 300-level. For a full list of course offerings, please look over the course catalog.
